The standby list is only for those who are ready, willing and able to follow through and attend if a space should become available. As a reult, standby registration requires a $500 deposit; fully refundable if we are unable to accomodate your request.

In the event of a registered attendee’s cancellation, we will fill the seat with the first available standby customers in order, on a first-come-first-served priority order.

All standby requests that we are unable to accomodate by by January 20 at 12pm EST will be notified and receive a full deposit refund.
